This is amazing. I have used this on my granddaughter since she was about 6 months old and she sleeps at least 12 hours each night.
I love this lotion. Not only does this lotion help me to relax and fall asleep it’s very softening to my feet. It’s not a heavy scent therefore I don’t feel the need to wash my hands after applied. I use it and also give as a gift!
I use this on my son after the bath to relax him before bed. It smells lovely and keeps his skin smooth. He sleeps well too!
So satisfying to know I can share a problem and there’s something I could try, love the cream the elderberry- I will even drink the teas and I’m a coffee drinker. Thankful
We use the sleepy time lotion on all 3 of our kids (2yo -7) . They all love the routine of getting their feet rubbed with it. The calming practice with the lotion is an integral part of our bedtime routine. I love to slather it on too :)
